There are three main sections within this training:

• Getting Started
• Zoom Training Videos: Overview and Special Features for those holding meetings
• Zoom Training Videos: For Those Participating in Meetings

The first section, Getting Started, contains training guides and knowledge checks (quizzes) that cover the core concepts of Zoom - basically everything you need to know as a staff or faculty member to get started using Zoom effectively.

This is the required section of this training. If you complete this section, including all of the knowledge checks, you will receive a certificate at the end of the training.

The second section, Zoom Training Videos: Overview and Special Features for Those Holding Meetings, are additional videos that cover many of the concepts shared in the first section, but also provide additional content with special features such as how to use Break Out Rooms in Zoom or how to work with Closed Captioning.

The third and final section, Zoom Training Videos: For Those Participating in Meetings, contains two videos geared especially for those participating in meetings. These are good to watch to make sure you have a clear understanding of the skills that are necessary for people to join and participate in a meeting. Watching these videos will help you respond when and if someone asks you a technical question related to joining a Zoom meeting.
